Booking, Refund, and Open Play Policy

​

All bookings for play sessions at Sensory park are final and non-refundable. Each session is limited to a maximum of 15 children, and your booking reserves a spot exclusively for your child during that scheduled time. If a child arrives late, they may join the session for the remaining time, but the session cannot be extended or rescheduled. Families experiencing illness or emergencies may request a credit toward a future visit, valid for 30 days from the original booking date, provided the request is made as soon as possible. Credits are applied at the discretion of management, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. No partial refunds are available under any circumstances.

 

Walk-in and open play guests are welcome if session capacity allows. Walk-ins are charged a per-hour or partial-session fee, and staff may limit access to ensure safe ratios and a comfortable environment for all children. If a walk-in arrives close to the end of a booked session, there may be a brief waiting period before your child can play, or you may participate for the remainder of the current session at a pro-rated fee. Families who attend as walk-ins are encouraged to book future sessions in advance, which guarantees a reserved spot and full-session experience.

 

By participating in booked sessions or open play, you acknowledge and accept these terms. This policy allows us to maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive environment for every child while providing limited flexibility for unforeseen circumstances and supporting both community access and the financial sustainability of our programs.
